T Mobile V20 won't update?

So I just replaced my T mobile V20 due to service issues and when I received it, it wasn't on the latest update. No biggie, so i let the software doenload. After it finished I went to install it and it won't go through the process. It counts down to reboot and then never reboots. I'm assuming something has corrupted with the download but am still a little unsure. Does anyone know how to clear out the download so I can try and download it again?
