Top main returning after 2+ years. Is Kled worth the pickup?

I stopped playing sometime between the release of Bard and Ekko. I mainly played Nasus, Tryndamere, Shyvana and Mantheon. The only two new tops that interest me are Kled and Illaoi.

So I Kled worth the pickup? Illaoi too if anyone plays her as well?
