Game does not close on steam when you actually close it.

I seem to have found a bug where when you close the game, it still shows as active on the steam client and it doesn't let you run the game again because steam sees it as running still. There is no processes on Task Manager and the only work around is restarting steam every single time i want to play the game more then once a day.

Anyone have any solutions for this?
