Have the Earth remaster optimizations improved your toaster gameplay?

DE have put out several hotfixes now that have been stated to improve the optimizations in Earth. I'm curious as to how many people with lower end systems these optimizations have helped. I personally run Warframe on a Core i5 with 8GB RAM and Intel 4600 integrated graphics. I'm looking to upgrade sooner or later, but as of right now I still run the Earth tileset mostly below 30fps at the lowest settings.

I'd like to hear what others are experiencing at their own PC tech levels.
