Looking for Blk Mage help/Opinions

K guys, my blk mage is 69 about 20% from 70 and I'm wanting to know if anyone has any suggestions on stat priorities. Spellspeed, Dh, Det, Crit? Or do you have to get to a certain spell speed point then start putting stats elsewhere. Any advice is welcome, thanks <3
