[help] Chrome updated and is now blocking flash

I have an issue where I'm getting the icon in the address bar that says the flash plugin was blocked. I've tried clicking run all plugins this time and nothing happens. I've also tried turning off ask first on the flash setting, the site I'm trying to load is whitelisted, I've cleared cache and cookies, I've tried the site in incognito mode and the icon that says the plugin was blocked does not appear but the site still doesn't load. I didn't have this issue until Chrome updated to the newest version. Any help would be appreciated.
