Description of problem

I have a small speck, about the size of 2 pixels maybe? its a very small rectangle. I can feel a small physical bump there, but i cant scrape it off with my nail or rub it off with a cotton ball and a bit of moisture. I dont particularly feel like being more aggressive in case i break it.

It doesn't really show up on pure white, but it isn't any more obvious on complete black than it is on any other colour that isn't just white.
