I want to propose to my long time girlfriend at a sporting event. Who would I contact if I wanted to have her name or the proposal put onto the "Jumbotron" in front of the stadium?

She got me Jets vs. Giants pre-season tickets and I want to propose sometime during that game. Is this possible to do anymore? Do I need to be rich or specially connected in order to make this possible?
