Who would benefit more from Kzarka wep? Sorc or DK?

Hi. I'm a less experienced player and would much rather want to know who would benefit more between a Sorc and a DK from rocking a Kzarka weapon? I know it's bis for EVERYONE and their immediate family, but for whom of the two would the benefit be higher? Thanks in advance

Thanks everyone for the replies so far. Much appreciated. DISCLAIMER: I am not looking for people to decide for me which class out of the two to play. I would just want to know out of the two classes equally played and loved and all that which one would have a higher gain from getting the item instead of any of the lesser option.
