Regretting not saying anything and it sucks

I just had a small interaction with customer who I thought was so pretty. She gave off such an amazing positive vibe with a beautiful smile to boot that I regret it so badly not saying anything and telling her she had a beautiful smile. This has happened twice when I have not said anything and regretting it. Tell me about any regrets you ever had and/or missed opportunities!
