Shipping issue?

Hey I am going to ask this here before I contact customer service again but for the people who ordered recently how much time did it took to ship the product? I placed my order on the 26 july and was charged on my credit card but they didnt ship it yet. I know they had some sort of sale not too long ago witch made some orders slower than others but is it still like that right now? Also if someone ordered from canada from there site how much did it cost for crossing borders? When i asked on the customer service they did not gave any pricing only said they try to make it the lower possible.
