Planning on transferring in spring

As the title says.. I'm planning on transferring to UH (main) for the spring semester. However, I'm taking some classes during fall semester at a different institution.

My question is, will I have enough time to send my transcripts, once my fall semester ends, and be accepted for the spring semester?

An admission advisor mentioned a "recalculation form" but I'm still not sure how that works. Thank you!
