How do you fight people who always stay as close to you as possible?

I have faced quite a few people recently (mostly Ninjara or Kid Cobra mains) whose strategy is to get as close to you as possible to overwhelm you with attacks and then lock you into a grab. They never move away from directly in front of you. I find it really hard to deal with this because I do best when I can aim and combo at a distance and it's difficult to get space to attack. Any tips?

I'm a Rank 10 Ribbon Girl main and I use a combo of Sparky+ and Chilla.
