Small Engine Mechanic and Painter

Does anyone know of an affordable small engine mechanic and/or someone who paints small tractors? Most small engine shops charge an arm and a leg around here. I'm in Falls Church. Most previous reddit posts deal with auto mechanics and I'm not looking to pay auto shop prices for work on a garden tractor.
