Is there any tips for quizz roullete?

I've had DA once as a prize for roulette, spend 550 gems for the two extra tried but no luck, also tried to see if there was any speed and matching pattern, but also no luck, is there any hidden tips to it or just luck that makes not worth the 550 gems for extra chance?
