Magi's Blessing vs Ganesha

So I was playing some Joust and I was a Bacchus. I picked up Magi's to counter someone but I kept losing it to Ganesha silence. I was really annoyed. Later I got a friend to do some jungle practice with me and we tested it out.

Some info: Bacchus burp 2 seconds, Ganesha silence 1.8 seconds, Magi's immunity 1 second

We tested the interactions 3 ways. Burp then silence, silence then burp, and doing it the same time. The only one that really matters silence then burp.

So he silenced me, giving me 1 second of immunity which would leave a .8 second duration on his silence. I start burping immediately afterwards, with a 2 second duration. BUT! When the immunity ended, I continued burping within his silence for the remaining .8 seconds!

Conclusion/ TL;DR

1. Ganesha silence burns Magi's

2. If a channeled ability is used while you have cc immunity in Ganesha's silence, you will not be silenced even if the immunity expires (I might be extrapolating that out abit too far, but it is confirmed for Bacchus
