Can Blizz please remove SR decay from Diamond?

I have made the slow and grueling trudge to Diamond in competitive and it feels great to make it!! I am currently at 3245 SR and I am trying my best to make it to Masters. However its very discouraging to know that I have to play a minimum of 7 games a week just to avoid my SR decaying.

I work Monday-Friday and usually don't have much time after work to play. My weekends can be hit or miss of what time I have available and this decay demands at least 2 hours and 20 min of my time(~20 min a match x 7 matches = 140 min).

I understand why this is needed for the top 500 and maybe Masters. But why implement this system for Diamond? Diamond is filled with people who are trying to overcome the odds and make it to Masters and potentially Grand Masters. This is just super discouraging for those who love the game and try their best to move up in the ranks but don't have as much free time as others.

So please Blizz, if you see this, remove SR decay from Diamond or at least change the decay system up so Diamond players don't get that harsh of a punishment. Give the little guy a chance!!
