[MAIN SPOILERS] Question about Bran

If bran is all knowing, why is littlefinger still alive? He must know littlefinger betrayed their father and played a big part in killing him. Why doesn't he act on this or at least tell sansa?

Do you guys think there is a reason or is this just a plot hole?
