Finished up my AoT book on my PS4 account but the code won't work.

Edit: bungie store got back to me and told me my code had already been used which I thought was odd since I didn't use the code. I went back into page and surprise! There was a new code. This one worked. Thanks everyone for your suggestions.

I tried to make the transaction a few times and got the error code every time. I've tried on my computer and on my phone in normal and incognito mode in chrome, and each time the only item in the cart is the age of Triumph shirt. The error I keep getting is "your cart does not meet the requirements for * code".

I tried contacting bungie store customer service and have not received a response yet. Any ideas as to what my next step is?
