Free or low cost FAR study materials

Just submitted an application to the board of accountancy for the exams, want to begin studying for FAR but also want to explore any options others have found helpful before investing $3500 on the more highly recommended ones. Also paranoid to spend that kind of money until I officially hear back from the board.
