Question: Gar Saxons' Ship Interaction with Target Lock Debuffs

Hello Community,

I've been experiencing with Gar Saxons ship is I thought it would go well with the majority of ships being empire and the very pleasant cleanse of all debuffs (mainly Target Lock).

Or so I thought. It seems that the cleanse does not cleanse Target Lock.

The skill description reads: "Dispell all (!!) debuffs on all allies and..."

First I thought, this might be due to Darth Vaders unique, which might reapply Target Lock, but his skill reads: "... immediatley regain Target Lock for 2 turns whenever Target Lock expires (!!) on them."

Expires for me means: If it runs out, reapply. It doesn not me (for me): if it goes away (cleanse).

Has anyone notices a similar behaviour from other cleanse abilities (Rex?)?

Is it a bug, or WAI?

It was kinda sad to see, because it makes the ship less appealing.
