Do IT companies hire people without IT degrees?

Hi everyone,

I am an 18y old student in Belgium and i would like to know if IT companies hire employees without the common degrees. i apparently have talent for coding and programming and i'm developing my skills in my spare time.

i would like to know if i have a chance of getting hired if i manage to become skilled enough in the upcoming years.
