How to fix wrong button logitech controller?

Hi I use logitech controller but everthing with this gone completely wrong A swap with B and X swap with Y. analog running forward is backward and I can't find a way to fix it. any suggestion? thank you. :)

edit. I'm using logitech dual action pad
