System Services

I recently bought a Dell R410 to set up an ESXi homelab and get more familiar with VMs (I'm a network guy). When I boot, I do not get an F10 option; rather, I get "System Services update required".

After doing some research, it seems I can update this via iDRAC. However, when I get to the remote access (Ctrl-E) option screen, BMC comes up and not iDRAC. I can set an IP and ping it, but I cannot get to a web interface or anything like that. I figure if I get System Services updated, iDRAC will become an option and start working.

So I downloaded the Live Support CD to try to update it - that did not work, not an option on there to update System Services.

I created a bootable Repository CD with all the R410 updates - that did not work either.

2. How do I enable iDRAC on the system?
