What do you think of a 12 issue series about Mr. Mxyzspitlk, written by Grant Morrison?

I think this strip would be extremely psychedelic to say the least. Borderline nightmarish if he decided to take a dark turn. Any ideas for a story line? If Grant Morrison is reading this: Do IT!!!
