My dad spends a lot of money from our family business on gambling and stupid stuff.

So my dad spends a lot of money from our business and i only got like 140 dollars a week working my ass off, what should i do, in reality the company has a lot of money, sometime i have thinked to start stealing from the company. What should i do?
