[Helltooth] Where to go from here?

I'm trying to get as far as I can with this Helltooth build while I finish up the rest of my LoN gear (just missing a Mask of Jeram and a Hellfire Amulet with a decent passive) until I can start using it.

I'm hovering around GR70 give or take, so I've taken my main gem leveling as far as I can for now until I get a decent stat boost.

Specific to-dos:

• Level up gems to bind to my ancient gear (Witching Hour will be the first to get upgraded as it can be used for LoN as well).

• Keep reforging a throwaway Sacred Harvester until I get something good

• Upgrade rare ceremonial knives and amulets, to try and get a decent Sacred Harvester and Traveler's Pledge

• Keep buying rings from Kadala until I get a decent The Compass Rose

What else should I be doing/focusing on?
