[FCT] Do you graphics-wrap your stuff?

I've recently been reading up on using chipboard for making boxes, and it seems like a big part of making them stable involves doing a graphics wrap.

First of all: does anybody have any great tutorials on graphics wrapping they'd suggest?

Secondly: do you ever use graphics wrapping for your foamcore projects? I know typically foamcore is used for box inserts, but I've made component boxes with removable lids using the stuff that could have been wrapped.
