Inventory management system?

Hey all,

I'm looking for some recommendations on an inventory management system. I've seem other companies have little barcodes on all of their computers, and we'd like to start using something like that, mainly for our massive (400-500) ipad collection. Beyond that, we are an all mac shop, so we use Casper Suite for our inventory management. unfortunately, this system does not give us the barcode scanning capabilities.

Does anyone have any experience using a barcode/QR code scanning inventory system with tech gear?
