Trying to identify a cross-over replacement?

Hi, my 12'' passive speaker's tweeter has stopped working. I'm thinking it's cheaper to replace the crossover (pictured) first?

I can't find the part pictured and have tried all of the codes??

Any help us greatly appreciated!
