Anyone from SEA playing in Americas region experiencing lag in PSE1(Singapore) server?

For the past few days I've been experiencing 160 or 300 ping in the PSE1 servers when back then I usually got around 40. The only time the lag dies down is past 12am for some reason. Other games work fine, Asia region is giving me a decent 90ish ping. Ofc I could play in the Asian region but not much people speak English there. There also seems to be a ton of hackers over there still.
