FCC certification required for a boost converter?

If I incorporate a boost converter (using a 2Mhz chip from TI) into a device, and eventually market it to consumers. Which class will it fall under and does anyone know the rough cost to get FCC approval? I believe for frequency above 9 or 10khz, you need FCC approval.

The boost converter component is the only high frequency part of the device. It boost a 1.5V AA battery to around 4V, output current is about 200mA. The IC switches at 2Mhz.

I did some research but am still confused which class my device falls under.
