First person camera mods questions

I use the first person camera mod and sometimes use it on trains to take a tour of the city. Sometimes the camera faces the back of the train. Is there a way to make it face front?

The other question is..what mod can I use so I can explore the city going through buildings instead of always bobbing up and down over them? It's tough to see some intersections when the camera forces you on top of tall buildings.
