[EVERYTHING] Maester Luwin's records

Anyone else notice Baelish's worrying glance when the Winterfell Maester mentioned that Luwin kept every raven scroll he ever received.

I couldn't dig anything up in my memory, but are there any scrolls he may have received which might cause problems for him, or reveal anything yet unknown to anyone at Winterfell?
