[TOMT] [song] Rap Song With High Pitched Voice

There is this rap song that I think came out in the mid 00's, and the sample sounds very similar to the song by Letherette - 'I Always Wanted You Back' https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e8dztwjy_B0, with a high pitched voice saying something like " I wanna talk to you" but I can't put my finger on it!
