How do you combat changes in light?

I've come across a serious problem with the sun!

I will be flying along, shooting some nature, and a pond or something will reflect the sun, and the exposure changes on the drone, and everything goes screwy.

It was set to auto, so it was trying to adjust, but can't do it fast enough to make the shot look good.

So I go back, do it again in manual, but this time when I fly over the same spot, everything is fine, but everything else is too dark to compensate for that one spot.

Basically, the light conditions keep changing, and the exposure on the camera can't keep up, and it's really messing with my video!

I got some lenses to try to combat this, and they helped a bit, but not enough.

Any tips to help deal with this? I'm really struggling!
