When can (or will we expect) Esketamine or Rapastinel be approved by the FDA for treatment of depression?

What would be the expected time frame since new classes of medications are desperately needed and both drugs are currently in or nearing end of phase III trials with breakthrough status?

Also what is your opinion on the direction these medications will take?
