What to do with my (stoner) life...

Hey guys, long time lurker, first-time poster. I'm your typical run of the mill corporate slave in NYC. I work a decent job, like my coworkers, and have a decent apartment. However, my job isn't my passion and the one thing I look forward to after work is rolling a joint, putting on food network, and playing with my cat. Lately, I've been exploring the possibility of going back to school and taking up something I've always wanted to do but goes against everything my family is against, growing marijuana. In this, I researched the many schools that offer certification and can lead to jobs in this industry. I was wondering if any of you guys had experience taking the classes and going out and finding jobs in this field. My research tells me the best online courses are offered at THC University. They seem pretty legit, but I'm hoping a few of you have some insight. Thanks for your input.

Side note: I'm currently in Amsterdam and sampling all they have to offer. I must say the longer I stay here and see just how locals can handle weed without hellfire raining down just makes me want to stay here.
