Can someone please help me find a subreddit where I can find help in exposing a lie that involves a letterhead from Governor of NY?

Friend of a friend posted an image on Facebook which states she's been invited to a certain conference in NYC; can't find anything about the conference and there are so many grammar mistakes in the letter itself.
