How can I make this continuously scan to look for new pictures?

This is the code I am working with, I am making a security door system that sends a picture to the users gmail account when motion is detected. Code is currently working but only sends one picture and doesn't scan the code continuously to look for new pictures to send.

This may be a simple fix but I am having trouble fixing this.. any help would be appreciated.
