Ironman question

Is 50-99 fishing enough to never have to fish again on Ironman ? I am still leaning how to play Ironman and tired of getting food for 1 day to be able to play the game the next because now I have 1k lobs. BTW I work 60 hours a week so that's why I'm trying to conserve my time and be able to play.
