32 yr old 35k in CC debt and cant afford the payments

A little background.

35k CC Debt spread over 9 cards with an average interest of 21 percent. (cards are fully maxed out) Minimum monthly payment for all of the cards is around 1300 Yearly salary is 55k so every month I bring in around 3200. I live in NYC and my insanely high rent at least until next July is 1575.

This leaves me with around $325 extra a month which I use for food.

I feel like I'm drowning here. Do I have any option outside of bankruptcy?
