How Cult connects to Freakshow; connecting seasons 1-4 with seasons 6-9. (long post)

If you remember during Roanoke, right around the time of the shows "biggest twist" (RMs words, not mine..I didn't care for the "twist" lol) but Ryan briefly spoke about how all of the seasons are connected. He said that obviously Freakshow and Hotel showed some light connections between recurring characters and storylines..he also said that seasons 1-4 are at the forefront of seasons 6-9...stating that some of the pipework was beginning to be laid down in season 6.. "You’ll see it this season, and then you’ll really see it after this season,” Murphy said. “We lay a lot of pipe, and you’ll see it explode in seasons seven and eight.” Finally in regards to season 7 he said "Next year, we will be going back to some Freak Show characters, deeper histories and mythologies. So we're sort of still exploring Season 4 in Season 7." He also said season 7 has a "big hook behind it."

I know I'm pretty much getting ahead of myself, but it doesn't hurt to kick around ideas or theories..so with that being said, Im just curious if anyone has any thoughts on what some of this pipework is that was laid in season 6 and that we'll possibly see in season 7?

We know as far as the Freakshow characters deeper mythologies, Twisty is at least tied into season 7 somehow. In the same interview, he spoke about how he was working on a "secret season" with one other writer, and that he has an idea for a Murderhouse/Coven cross-over season..I suppose some of that pipework laid in season 6 could be the introduction of Scathach as the OG supreme of the Coven and more of her story could be revisited in the MH/Crossover season..which could possibly be season 8 or 9 (I know AHS has only been renewed for seasons 7&8/2017-2018) and would really let the connections begin to explode as it's the first time two seasons are actually tied together instead of just previous/recurring characters appearing in a new season.
“At some point, we’re going to do a return of the ‘Coven’ season,” Murphy said. “I don’t know what season that will be. We do know what we’re going to do. It’s not going to be next season, but we are going to do a season that’s a crossover between Murder House and Coven together, which is very bizarre. It’s a character from season 1 that will be thrust into the world that you are left with at the end of Coven, which is sort of like the male/female/witch academy. And then all of those characters will intertwine, which is confusing because some of them are from seasons 1 and 3. Like, Sarah Paulson will probably be playing 18 characters. I’ve already started going to actors from both of the seasons, quietly, saying, ‘I think in this window, if you could fit us in,’” Ryan Murphy told the audience. So yeah, it’s fun. It’s weird.

I know some of the stuff in his statement could be misleading but context clues from that statement. Are t seem as though Billie Dean Howard will be the season 1 character thrust into the world of season 3. I say this because he mentions her playing 18 characters, even if he says it jokingly her season 3 character is still the supreme at the end of the season where the crossover season begins, and Billie Dean Howard is obviously her season 1 character..she's already been connected to Hotel as well. I know RM has ruled out that the major connection of AHS is a tv show, but I'm not so sure I believe it and if that's true I think it was his initial plan that he has changed around because we figured it out. Every season somehow ends in a TV show format..just looking for more thoughts and ideas!!
