Primary care doctor reccomdations

My wife is searching for a new primary care physician in Atlanta, preferably Cobb county/NE perimeter area.

Thought I'd ask for some recommendations from y'all

She wants someone who knows about Lyme disease and is a crunchy doc who isn't totally against natural remedies in conjunction with medication when necessary.

We have insurance with Humana so hoping most providers are in network
