Daily trading candles and timezones

I wonder how the difference in time zones will affect traders using the daily candles. We've seen how quickly prices can fluctuate within a few a hours.

Since it's a 24/7 market, there isn't an open and close for the trade day. Everyone will have the same data but would be reading it slightly differently.
