Times Wrong When Scheduling Videos
I've been mass-uploading my youtube videos to vidme and when I'm setting the times in which for those videos to go live, the times are showing up wrong. But when I go to change them, the times are showing right.
I have 3 videos a day going up 11:30am, 3:30pm and again 7:30pm (local time of NST) but on my uploads they are coming up 7am, 11am and 3pm. Does anyone know a fix for this, or do they know of this?

Time zones - Vidme displays the videos as being put up at the equivalent time in the PST zone.
ooooooooooh
that makes sense now
I dunno. I am in CA and I created a channel in the early evening and saw the "date created" date was the next day. Seems to be on eastern time zone.
Strange. Perhaps it's in different time zones for different people - I'm in CST and mine are all PST. Can't think of why that would be the case though.
I know the time zone was off because I wanted a certain date and after I created it here in CA (where Vidme is) the date listed on my channel was the next day.
Hey guys! It should honor your timezone. To be sure, you guys are talking about the /manage page right? cc. u/CMatch07
@tigerbalm30g - Like Vidme, I am in SoCal. I created a channel on 7/4 because I wanted 4th of July as my channel creation date. I created the channel in the early evening. Once done, much to my surprise and disappointment, my channel creation date was the next day instead of 7/4 as it should have been.
This seems to indicate that Vidme's time settings are out of wack.
I've also noticed that when I schedule vids for a certain time release, they seem to be off by an hour or two.
Lastly, it would be cool if Vidme clarified on the FAQ page: when you schedule a video for release on a future date, does the permanent video release date show up as the day it was uploaded or the day it was released?
This would be helpful to know for releasing vids for holidays and major events (Super Bowl, Oscars, etc...).
Thanks.
Thanks for the response. If a video is released using our scheduling feature, it will use that as the "published date". Published date is what shows up in the rest of the site.
