[Question] At what point does Patreon become a viable option?

hi everyone, my channel turned one year old last month and I'm currently at 686 subscribers. I know it's still a small following, but it get me wondering. At what point is Patreon a viable option?

As in, on average, how many subscribers would one need? 2500 maybe?
