Outro for Pussycat and Blackout

Lore

The newscaster took a deep breath as the focus changed from the journalist to her again. TV journalism was a mans world and she had struggled to get here. As a young woman you're too inexperienced and when you get the experience you're not young enough to be eye candy and therefore discarded for a man of the same age. But she had succeeded despite all this and was very proud of her achievements.

"Thank you Janine for that rapport. A motel was set on fire the night to today, the police label it as arson after finding the source of the fire; the culprit had poured gasoline all over their room and lit it on fire. No one was harmed during the fire but the damages are counted by the hundreds of thousands. It is especially notable by an enigmatic message written with a spray can on the parking outside."

The picture changes to the site of the crime. Only a burned out skeleton remains of the building with a brick chimney climbing up from the rubble like a desperate hand reaching for help. On the asphalt a message is written in bold white letters.

You were my sister Shandra.

You betrayed your only family.

You're just like your dad.

"It seems to be a message intended for one of the two tenants that have been identified as Shandra Brown. The police is at the lookout for her and the other tenant, the korean born Su An, for questioning regarding the arson."

The picture returns to the studio and zoomed out to include a despicably handsome man the sat next to the news anchor. He rocked a laid back purple shirt and a well cropped hear coupled by a blinding white smile.

"And now for Cape Watch, Mike what do you have for us today?"

"The city have lost one of the younger audiences favorite Ward, the changer Pussycat. This young Ward have seen several engagements with villains, most recent the involvement in a hostage situation with a young girl by the villain known as Mythos."

Different pictures of Pussycat was shown in the background, from merchandise posters to photos taken by bystanders in different fights.

"The young heroine will be moving to Boston and continue her carrier there. A Protectorate spokesperson says it's because of family related business. Such a shame to loose a capable hero because of something like that, don't you agree Helena?"

"Indeed Mike. The family of young heroes should really see to the greater good rather than their own interests. On to the weather..."
