Hey guys completed act 10 with my first character and need help

As title says my first time playing and completed first time act 10 and got resist nerf so I am ******* now fire 37, cold 54, lightning 53 and tips how to change my equip to improve my dmg + get 75% everywhere I have 1 exalted orb + 14 chaos so not that much :/ don't know what to do actually and I guess I would get rekted if I try to go further without resses.
