[Question] Is Phantom/Snapchat ++ safe to install on iOS 11 and is it as reliable as it is on jailbreak?

Is there a possibility for a ban when using it on a non jailbroke mm firmware, snapchat ++ has been perfect on my ios 10 jailbroke iphone but i really wanna update to ios 11
